May I use this for a local TV commercial?
Why is my final video coming up with COPYRIGHT warning when I try to post to facebook. It says copyright belongs to VITAKAN..?

Unfortunately this is not the first time this happens.
There are people and studios that have access to Facebook rights manager and abusing the system by registering content that they don’t own.
You have the license to publish your video on Facebook as much as anyone else who bought the project.
My projects are sold exclusively on Videohive and only under Envato licenses.
You should point FB to the item page and licensing terms and inform them that you own a license:

Unfortunately I’m not available for project customization, but there are many VH authors, who will be happy to customize it for you.
You can also try to do it yourself. You need just some basic skills.
There is a fully functioning free trial version on Adobe’s website HERE.
You can watch some of these videos and the tutorials included in the project. And then see how to render the finished video.
If you have some experience with Photoshop for example you will find many familiar things in After Effects.

To edit the project you need Adobe After Effects.
There is a fully functioning free trial version on Adobe’s website HERE.
Click on Free Trial and follow the instructions how to download and install the software.
It works on Windows and Mac.

The project is based on pre-rendered 3D animation and unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to change the position or animation of the 3D objects.
