The regular licence has a special case for YouTube channel.This aalows you to create up to 52 videos withion a year from the date of puchase. However, this has a special rule. All 52 videos should be a series, in other words be the same topic. To cover several topics, each topic must have a seperate license.

If the limit of 52 videos has not been fully used, but more than a year has passed, the license will still lose its validity. If after this you plan to continue using the product, then you nee to buy a new license.

This is an unoficcilal option, but in the case of the YouTube channel, you can buy an extended licence and use it to create an unlimited number of videos within. a year from the date of purchase without a limit on the nymber of topics.

Yes we do have a Builder character outfit that you can easily change his look, hat, face shape and create a group of different builders. There is also a variety of 25 different working tools like drill, forklift truck, toolbox, ladder, paint brush and other working materials.

Using the built in User Interface makes browsing pretty easy because you can combine “on the fly” thousands of options within seconds by just clicking the thumbnails.

I am very sorry for your experience here. What you described has nothing to do with the kit. It is all about PC specs and this 100% sure.

It is a fact that our tool is much more advanced from other tools in terms of content and usability simply because we have built the only toolkit with User Interface. This Interface allows a fast workflow through content and offers a much more simpler way of navigation. It does not matter so much how old is your PC but it is true that requires an updated and clean installation of AE.

1. AE PERFORMANCE

To give you an example we have tested the kit in an outdated pc with Intel® Core i7-3770 CPU, 3,40GHz, AMD Radeon R9 200 Series, 16GB DDR3 and still works perfect.

Technically speaking please keep in mind that no matter how powerful your machine is, After Effects has its own way of proccesing things.That means that even if you have a good processor and low card can cause bad performance. Also it is a common After Effects issue where it stores bad information in the memory / cache for specific frames and does not update them. Try to go to Edit> Purge > Purge all memory and disk cache. This will erase frame information from the memory.

Alternatively you can try to boost AE performance by choosing Edit>Preferences>Media & Disk Cache and change the Maximum Disk Cache Size to the maximum (it is necessary to close all other programs to take better effect)

2. SUPPORT

In Framestory you won’t encounter any bugs and surely is impossible to know all the aspects of your problem unless you send us more detailed info for further assistance:

- Which exactly processor do you use? - Which graphic card? - Do you use original version of North America or English International AE CC2020? - Send us a video preview of your actions until the program crashes. - Make sure you have installed the kit in the same drive where AE is installed. - What exactly do you mean with missing files?

3. MISSING FILES

For Windows it is necessary to: 1. run the kit from the same drive of AE. So please move all FrameStory assets to the same drive that After Effects is installed. If you run the kit from a different drive then most probably you will encounter this kind of missing parts of the character but you will still be able to use the rest of the content. 2. Use English International or English North America version language of AE.

4. MORE TIPS Also please keep in mind that before you open the script wait until the project is fully loaded and the white background in the Preview window appears.

Additionally it helped other users with similar pc issues to run the kit in a different computer just to make sure that there is no system conflict. if you had this possibility would be really helpfull.

please try to be conscious on the vast amount of hard work that we invested on making this project and understand that is not that polite to criticize the kit since you haven’t even used it.

It is impossible for us to know your friends PC specs and the workflow that follows so please do not jump into conclusions publicly because this is affecting other users.

Technically speaking please keep in mind that no matter how powerful your machine is, After Effects has its own way of proccesing things.That means, moving rigged characters is always slower than moving simple layers. That is why it doesnt make any difference to specify minimum requirements.
