Hi, I purchased this sports intro template and am running AE 2023, every time I try to edit scene 5 scene 6 and scene 7 After Effects closes down. How can I avoid this happening?

HI there, this works well except when I import clips to place holder its not playing them? just holds on one frame. any idea? first two place holders were perfect but rest are like I have imported pictures.. not videos?
Hi TroyWharton, Thank you for your purchase. Maybe RAM is not sufficient, Because premiere pro eats too much RAM.

Oh, I’m sorry, I confused it with another customer. Actually I don’t know about m1 processor, I’m sure it’s not bad for this kind of templates but maybe it’s about some codec, adobe compatibility problem etc.

Actually, template is working without a problem and i don’t how to you solve this problem.
I purchased this (I have the receipt) but you only sent me the After Effects version. Please refund me, as I’m no longer interested.

This template is working with premiere pro. if you check files that include. you will see a mogrt file. you can import the Motion Graphics Template file (.mogrt) into Premiere pro. Still if you want you can contact envato customer service. thanks.
