Then i had a private response to my question… You can not export directly in vectorial SWF as PuppetFactory seems to say above without DIY and time consuming trace/import/export… You can only use it in After effect. If he had not lied to me I would not have bought this pack of which I can not do anything. Thank you and congratulations for the honest

Thank you for your interest in this product. This item does not generate narration from a script. Rather, this item provides an easy way to animate mouth positions to a recording you created separately.
So I had a question before buying this, does the lip sync automatically or do I have to go from each word and sync it myself?
Thank you for your interest in this product. There is a simple expression you can set up (I can show you how) for the lips to track the audio. However, I would recommend doing this manually. The results are much better.

Hi Basem. There is a change-log with specifics, but basically I universalized the expressions, added a skin color controller, and a couple little tweaks to improve functionality. Nothing big. Just a few minor improvements. Thanks.

Hi Could photoshop png files be added and create my own characters like an alien or a monster? Could voice be female?
You can change graphic elements, but they would need to be very similar dimensions for the rig to work correctly. If you need, I can certainly work with you in creating a custom rig. Email me at info@puppetfactory.net if you want to talk through that. Your voice can be any voice you choose.
Can i change the character for my own? 
Yes, you can. But the parameters of your character need to be similar. Often, it is best to take your character and apply a custom rig.

Hi Jaydnaidoo,
This character was designed to use a separate voice over and the user then syncs the mouth positions to that voice over. This process was optimized to be actually pretty fast with this item. I think you’ll be pleased. But if you’re not wanting to lip-sync, you may consider importing the audio and controlling the mouth’s open and closed positions with the audio waveform. The results aren’t as attractive, but can be accomplished much more quickly. As to importing text to generate the mascot speaking, I’m sorry but this isn’t possible.
