Hi, I have two questions. 1 – What settings should I use to export with a transparent background? Everything I’ve tried exports out with a black background. 2 – When I make a lower third, place it in my timeline, then try to make a new lower third with the same template, it changes the version that I had previously made. What can I do to prevent the previous file from being changed.

Export it in quick time codec For the other question u need to duplicate the lower third by Truecomp duplicator script,, send to me the lower thirds u want to duplicate and I will do it
Hey there, how do you change the duration? They’re predefined to a couple seconds and wanted them to last longer. I’ve tried but didn’t want to touch the “don’t touch” files.
It’d be great if you could answer fast I need to render a video with them asap

How do I remove the black background to place inside Adobe Premiere for editing a video?

For anyone who needs help with this .. 1] add comp with no background to render queue [2] click “lossless” [3] under output module settings – Format: QUICKTIME, Post-Render Action: None, Channels: RGB+Alpha, Depth: Millions of Colors, and Color: Straight (Unmatted). <<<Last step VITAL !!
I bought it. but I have problems. - I want control the box size and insert / out motion timing - and I want use same style lower third many times, so I duplicated a lower third1. but I can’t write different words. always same “title>lower third 1”

I’m having the same problem as Mee_Gan: after I made my adjustments in after effects I exported at quicktime, and then tried to overlay it onto my movie in premiere, but the background is still black. What do I need to do to have it transparent. Sorry new to AF.

have a similar situation as above ..i want to just use the same lower third # 3 18 different titles/ times any idea how to save #3 and duplicate just that comp? so i can render all at once ..and screen is black not transparent on mine using AE cs6

Just bought your Lower Thirds Pack.. very nice but one question.. I’d like to use 5 of the same lower third templates over the same video.. with different text in each box… the issue is the text for the same 5 lower thirds are tied to the lower third I’ve selected.. so when I want to change the text in one it changes in all of them.. how do I separate them so I can use the same lower third template with different text within the same over all comp?
