element 3d can’t locate plane.obj. There is no plane.obj in the folder can you help me for solveing the problem

Is there an update for this? I just purchased and it does not work in CC2018 with Element 3D v2. The comps aren’t rendering correctly and when I open Element the scene is empty.

My file does not look right in Ae. There are just big shadows on bronze and black squares. I don’t even see the original placeholder ‘Logo.png’ in the main comp. Details: I am using Ae 2015.3, Mac Pro, and I bought and installed the required ‘Element 3D’ plugin, however it is now v2.2 instead of v1.6.2. Maybe the plugin update is messing it up? Do you have any workarounds or other solutions?

Hi. Would, I be able to use this project and insert it on a slider on my website? Would it play automatically upon loading the slider or does one need to press play?
everything depends on the settings of the site.
I understand but can you tell me what are some of the things that I need to do in order to make this play on a slider automatically? Others is this just a video that people would have to click play in order to view? I would like it as an automated intro on my website. Thanks
