First I had trouble downloading the purchased item. Thankfully the Envato team helped me with fixing the file, but now I wish they didn`t. I installed trapcode and optical flares and all I`m getting is a blank screen still. I can see now that many people have similar problems. Can you please e-mail me with a solution?

i thought this will be a very good template but nothing works, i have ae cc and it don´t works – it show me a missing effect FORM, and it shows me a lot of expression faults and i can´t download the first font – i GET AN VERY BAD VIRUS try to download the font 
– the whole projects are in danger now! I think i can´t get this to work and need a refund
you need Trapcode FORM and not Trapcode particular, you authors have to know that all this plugins cost near 400 dollar, only for a logo for 10 seconds, that is too much, i never had problems like this before and form is another plugin and optical flares and than the virus the expression mistakes and the ultra long render times – that is too much – please refund

To edit this template your need Optical Flares from Videocopilot and Trapcode Form from Red Giant. If you don’t have Optical flares, you can use pre-rendered version of After Effects, but Form must be installed.
Hi! Nothing work… I’m novice but !’ve already buy video like that and for this one ihave lot of error window. When i open the composition, i can’t see your production and if i put mind in the logo or somthing it doesn’t work too.
I lost like 3hours to try to make my composition but now i have no idea how can i do….

How long does a typical render take on a 2014 MacPro?
It is me difficult to answer to 100%, I think, it can take about 4 hours (per composition).

Great project, Great quality and fast email response, but defiantly too long of a render process especially if After Effect crashes half way through. 8 hours render time in H264 and 13 hours for PNG Sequence. But still a Great project and Great quality.

Hi,
I am trying to overlay the logo and slogan comp over a final shot in my sequence. I inserted the footage into the “BG” comp and it works well. However, when I play back the logo and slogan follow the movement of the camera in my inserted footage. I would prefer to have the logo and slogan static while the footage moves behind. How can I solve this?

On videohive it looks awesome BUT it doesn’t even show ONE frame in After Effects?! Is it THAT heavy? it takes 30 sec to show one preview frame in quarter resolution 33%? Please help me.

Very nice project, however, what is the average render time? I tried it on macbook pro late 2013, ssd, retina, 16 gb ram, and it went for hours!
