Hi! Love this preset! I bought it and used it all day and suddenly it stopped working I’ve created a new project thinking there might be something corrupt, but still no luck. It’s like there is a mask around the shadow. I’m re-downloading it now. Do you know what this could be?

Hello! First off I love the preset so much. It’s been a huge help in my work. I’ve been using it again and am having some trouble though. I’m getting pixelated edges on the shadow now. Do you know why this is? Am I using an incorrect something?

Hi there I’ve just purchase your “Long Shadow” preset, but when I try to use it on my comp layer, I get an error message saying that some propriety name doesn’t exist. I have a french version of After Effect, do you think the problem comes from there?

Hello, I just purchased this EA Preset last night. I am making a play button with a red rounded rectangle and a white triangle in the center. When I apply the long shadow to both, the shadow for the triangle overlaps with the other shadow, making it darker. I tried creating a mask, but the shadow goes past the mask to the bounding box. How do I get the shadows to be uniform? Thanks!

1- First time I try to use it till I bought it… had to change my CC french version to the INT US to make it work (or have to write it again) !!! do you have a french version that will works? could be nice… 2- it’s very very long to render a simple shadow!!! is that normal? just take more CPU than any plug I have?! 3- Is there a solution not to have to pre-comp to have a full shadow (not cropped?) Thanx for your feedback #;-)

Very nice work– easy to use, well-implemented.

However, the aliasing/jagginess on the resulting shadows are a deal-breaker. A Blur isn’t a great option, especially for vector art. Unless you already have a fix in mind, it’s something to look into.
