I just purchased this video and cannot get the 3d elements (the spikes behind the text to appear) – i’ve copied the Element 3D files into the correct folder and it won’t work.
Hello! Please, check one more time. The folder in which you need to copy «Blockbuster Trailer 3D Files» folder must to be: Documents/Video Copilot/Models/My_Models Do not rename folders or files and restart project. Everything must be ok.
