Yes, I understand it, I mean a footage with 3d graphic. It has 29.97 fps and if I change composition settings to 50fps, frame rate of this footage does not increase.

What you are asking is a fairly simple process. If you want to fit more text in on the existing boxes then you can just size down your font a bit until you fit it comfortably in. If you need to make the gray boxes bigger to fit your text then you’ll need to resize the text compositions.

For example, in the ‘Screen 1 Text’ composition you would go to Composition -> Composition Settings and resize it(probably height).

After that you will need to drag the background gray solid so that it takes up the entire frame.

Finally, you can place your text in however you like. Going back to the ‘Working Comp’ you may have to move the layer up or down if it is in the way.

To a point yes, it is loopable. It would involve stringing together as many compositions as you would need. The blowing leaves coming across the screen in the preview and could be used as a transition between loops. through email. You could also cut up the composition and cut between different screens with the same leaf transition. I don’t think that I cover that in the tutorial so I would be glad to help if needed.
