1. This project uses texture file as background and you can replace it with any texture. 2. Media Placeholders are 16×9 aspect and can be changed, of course, but this will require knowledge of After Effects and this process of customization is not described in the help file. ok…got ur email. does replacing the texture bg mean i can replace it with video?

The texture size of BG is about 2592×1728 pix So, you can replace the texture with video but you need to increase size of this layer

HD video aspect ratio of 1920×1080 should fit in there fine. i’m more concerned about resizing the 16×9 film negs images to 3×4 aspect ration! Please, if you have any thoughts about how to perhaps ‘automate’ that process, I’d really appreciate you comments. I have 22 images and if I have to do each one separately, i’ll probably go crazy. thanks Steve

Unfortunately I don’t have any idea of automation of the process. The project does not provide for such a customisation. Of course it can be done but it will take time and knowledge of the after Effect. On the other hand, you can order a customization of the project.

So what you’re saying is…The project file is “fully” customizable as long as the person working with it…is very familiar with AE?

It’s not my description. I think you have mixed something. In my description says “It is very easy to customize. Just edit text layers and replace images with your photos or videos.” There is nothing about changing the background or photo frames. Perhaps these adjustments will be included in a future update. I would also like to note the «Vintage Slideshow» is completely After Effect project without any pre rendered footages. And any parameter can be easily changed. But before your buy, I tried my best to describe the features of the structure of my project. Since you need your personal settings, not provided initially and not automated, I am afraid it may be difficult for you.
