1) Import project into your project 2) Open this comp and here is the problem we have. Your text is too big and i animated them but speed is too fast, becouse many words here. If this OK leave all by default. You can adjust speed bu editing keyframes (also animated some part of phrase etc) 3) Replace my animated text by new one. Open old handwrittens, drop new comp here, delete other layers.

P.S. You can copy new comp, adjust speeds and use separately.
