I don't understand half your message to me, but I'll address what I do understand. There is no "fraud" here. It's just a simple mistake on my end. I can't directly give you a refund, as all transactions are handled by Envato, not me.

Have you tried upgrading your AE to CS 5.5? Here is a link that might help:

https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5129 This should connect you with the Adobe website where you can download a patch to upgrade from CS5 to CS 5.5. It’s my understanding that if you have a LEGITIMATE copy of CS5, you’ll be able to upgrade. If not, then maybe it’s you who are “engaged in fraud”. I’ll write an email to Envato today to ask what I should do, and I’ll also change my item’s description to account for CS5.
