I am hoping that you can help me. I have accidently duplicated this item and I only need one. I haven’t download any of it so you can see that I haven’t use it. I am hoping that I can get a refund for one of the them only. Please let me know if you can help me on this.

Can you help me? When I pull this up in After Effects it says “14 files are missing” and it isn’t showing. Beautiful piece and would love to use this, but it doesn’t seem workable right now. My email is jsharrison19@gmail.com
100 percent problem is that the project file was moved or exported from the archive incorrectly. It is necessary to unzip the project and open it from the place where it is unzipped. There can be no other reason for file loss.

Great template, however I noticed during the second graphic and afterwards, some of the particles look glitchy on both sides of the titles throughout the project. They jump in and out while swirling around. I saw that your example video was not that way. Can you send me a clean version? Thank you.
This is a clean version, you just need to clear the cache, such jumps are possible, if the program cache is loaded
