I have one question after we are allowed to use logo for ???
I just purchased your logo and I cannot even get it to come into Adobe After Effects. First it says it needs to be converted from version 9.0.3. Then another message comes up and says that one of the layers has missing dependencies. Either I get some help getting this opened or I want my money back.
Calm down buddy. You could’ve just contacted me about this instead of making these comments.
You’ll need to do 3 things:
1. Extract everything from the ZIP file to one folder. 2. Make sure to install fonts from the links that are included in PDF help file. 3. It’s quite normal from this software to convert older projects since this is a CS4 After Effects version.
I have already done all of those things. After I bring in the file it says it’s not responding and just continuously spins around.
Honestly, I have no idea what seems to be the problem. I tried with multiple versions of After Effects and worked perfectly.
Have you restarted your computer or tried another project? If the problem persists, I would recommend contacting Envato support directly and asking for a refund…
Yes, I have rebooted my computer. It only seems to happen with your file. It’s too bad because I thought it was a great design.
BTW, I didn’t know how to contact you, other then through here. Are there any other suggestions I could try before requesting a refund. Like I said, I really like your design.
Maybe you could try redownloading this project or reinstalling After Effects if it’s not a big problem for you… Those are the only suggestions I could think of right now. If any of those work for you, please let me know.

Sure, it’s an After Effects template so it will work with both, text or your logo. If you decide to purchase this project and find any difficulties while customizing it, don’t forget to follow the PDF help file.

Honestly, I’m using exported videos mostly for YouTube so I’m not sure what are the settings for personal websites. I think it’s better to search online and find what is the best format and bitrate for your video.

Sorry last question, the logo seems slightly transparent when finishing, can you please let me know if there is a way to change the opacity of the finished scene please?

It’s not transparent, because of the blending mode you’re able to see that paper texture on top of your logo. You can disable it by navigating to “Scene” composition and disabling “Logo Texture” layer.
