The description should clearly say: “What you see in the promo video is NOT included as part of the template. You need to create all character animations from scratch. This is recommended only for experienced After Effects users, not for anyone without training in character animation.”
The promo video itself should say “All animation sequences in this video are NOT INCLUDED. You must create your own.” I only discovered this fact AFTER buying the template. It should be spelled out clearly in the video, and not written at the bottom of the page, because many people only watch the video before buying a template.
Now I’m afraid to buy the “Mexican Vacation” template, because I’m worried that it, too, doesn’t contain what is shown in the video.
I want a refund.
I wish further promotion and more sales!

Disappointed that the video as displayed is not included in the file, several scenes are missing. When buying a project file all elements should be included including text animations and scenes. Very disappointing purchase.
I’m sorry but the preview only shows how you can use the characters of the project. Email me if you need the project of the preview and I’ll send it to you.
No thank you I ended up using a different project from Envato and with a disappointed client, since the file couldn’t be used for a quick and easy video, which is really the only reason to buy these. Since not even the text animations or anything else was included, using it would have been impossible time wise. I see that you changed the description, the previous description was very misleading.

Sorry for delay, i was busy, but better to send me message on mail, so i will notice it quicker. As I understand, file which you mention was recorded for presentation and unfortunately has not been saved, because is not a part of the project.
