Oh, changing the pictures and text is easy peasy.
There’s a pdf tutorial included that explains it,
However, it should be straight forward just by looking at the project file.

Thought you wanted to change the background & environment
(the dark concrete floor, and tiled wall etc…)
Which is why I mentioned being well-versed in After Effects.
This project is not included in Envato Elements and is only on Videohive.
So it’s not part of the unlimited download nor any package.

Thanks for quick reply, okay so the text and picture in placemate drag and drop barabim barabum, I’m down for it. Im cool with background and environment, it fit my project. What about the graffiti on the wall, can I change it to my own slogan just by typing or it more complex?

PS: you don’t have any screenshots of AE tutorial, also I use the cloud so its the latest version , in your product description you mentioned C4.C5. C6

The graffiti is layer #42 in the main project scene. You can modify it , hide it etc.
However, it’s not some graffiti font where you type and it creates a new drip-spray style graffiti
You can use that existing placeholder to type in your slogan, but that would have to be in a font of your choice.
The Cloud versions are backward-compatible, so it should open just fine on the latest After Effects.

This project is entirely using AE’s Camera,
However, it could be a complex task and might require some time,
You’d need to readjust the entire composition length, and a quite a bunch of keyframes.

The “out of focus” effect is using AE’s built in Depth of field effect. Keeping it all in focus is a simple one click operation. Just turn off Dof in your camera layer.

yeah – though it would lose that out of focus on the background photos too.
The best would be within the Camera settings, to just tweak the blur amount instead.

You definitely could, however the timings for the enitre animation are setup already. So ull have to be experienced in After effects if u want to the camera to “hold” longer on each video / photo… Thank u for the interest

They have to be purchased separately.

The entire Black and white effect is done using only one single Adjustment layer. It’s the first layer in the MAIN_SCENE comp called ADJ_BLACK_AND_WHITE.

Hence, with basic AE skills you can “animate” that adjustment layer any way you see fit, thus tint the color in or out. Hope it somewhat makes sense, Thank you for your interest.

Yes, you need to import your where the placeholders are. Additionally, you might want to type in different text instead of the current one.

My MAC version of after effect is a CS5 version, so does this mean I have to upgrade? and Yes, I want to type in different text instead of the current ones.

It opens perfectly fine here on an After Effects CS4 (MAC). It also worked for other clients too.
Perhaps you do need to upgrade for other reason though?!?
Can you tell me the “Date Created” of the .AEP file you’re trying to open?

Did you notice there’s a .PDF manual within the Zip?

Well, I have two issues. I inserted two video clips instead of pictures. The template autoplays both videos at the same time. So video clips do not work well. Any solution, when a clip with audio is displayed the motion should stop till video clip is played. Second editing Text had issues. The edited text is not aligned properly. What would be the best way to view alignment of text when editing. I am using After Effects CC.

ok ran into my first issue but Im working on it. I extended the scenes, frames camera etc but the problem is that I made everything run slower. I just need to extend the first scene and add more images. I need the speed and everything else to stay the same. So it seems I need to duplicate or copy the image comps and extend the frames but then adjust the keyframes in order for the speed to remain consistent?

Thanks for purchasing, first and foremost. Now, if you want the first scene extended I’d move the entire beginning which is the opening text (“Poverty Based on a True Story”) and the Camera position to match it. Then, you’d have a bit more “Platform space” to throw in additional images. (You might have to duplicate/extend the Floor composition so that they extend beyond the new Opening titles.

Thanks, First of all, you’ll need to have After Effects up an running, If you’re a bit familiar with the software – it will be easy breezy. There are Separated Compositions for each Text / Photo.
If it will be your first time with After Effects, then once you’ll unzip the file the PDF Manual within includes all the details you’ll need.
