I have the same problem of the text being black. After reading several comments this is obviously a reoccurring problem that needs to be addressed. I bought this templet because I have a project due soon and I need to get this problem fixed asap. Please respond with a WORKING solution. Thanks
I open project and test it now! With Element 3d v2.2 it works fine! I can’t fix problem what i can’t see! Videohive test all projects before sell! My recomendations : 1. Update graphics card drivers. 2. Update quick time drivers! It may help! You work on mac or PC ?
I have tried element 1.6 and the newest element. I have downloaded the correct font yet the fonts at the 30 second mark are all green. Help please. Oh I also properly link up the correct textures. and I have the newest AE
The Title blocks are still coming out green. I have element 2.2, win 10, graphics card is 960m, win 10, installed all the Quicktime drivers including k-light. Ill pay you to look at the project on my computer to help me find the error. I love this intro so much.
Update quick time drivers! It may help! When i open project – sometime i’l get green box! Its becouse quicktime is working non correctly! Try to update quick time drivers and install Quick time alternative drivers (Kl codec pack)
I have installed all the K light codes, I have installed the latest Quick Time software installed. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. Also I noticed in a couple of the Block Titles the last sentence in that block comes out right, its the ones before it. hi, really an exciting project .. i use AF cs5 , and when i start loading the project i dont jet the (Relink message window) , i get just a notification . what should i do ?

hi! you need to move project to simple location like a C:\ and reopen it

Try to move project folder to \\volume 1\your folder\ for example
i moved to AE cc and when i start the project i get green screen , when i go to comp.( Videohive presents) and hide the 3d element .. the green screen goes away ,, is it something with with the 3D i should do ??
nebula , oldcanves, viewfinder … all of these JPGs are missing even in the assets !!
All of this assets can be found in project folder! (assets subfolder) or just move your project to simple location like a \\volume 1\your folder\ (and only english symbols please)
Hi, this is my second account. I use your template, but I have a serious error. If I render this project file, the result is black coloured letter and background. Not like your preview video, just black coloured-letter and background. Ah. I am using Element 3D V2.2
I read some of other’s comment, and I try to install V1.6. But as soon as I install and open project file, error appears. Because of Error, I can’t edit my project file. Please help me.
Try to move project to simple location like a C:\ and ig you use element 3d v1.6 – you need to open element 1.6 version of project!)
Hello, I bought the trailer. Now I have the problem that the title blocks do not work. I have installed Optical Flares and Element 3D and use After Effects CC 2017. It would be a pity in the money if it would not work.

I tried to use Element 3d v2.2 and 1.6. At 2.2 the Title Blocks will not render. At 1.6 the 3d Text in the complete Project is missing.

Hi I’m using this in AE CC 2015 All the comps are much darker than your preview videos. The text is almost black. How can I fix this? Is it something to do with the environment map?

Render Time?? How long should it take for the various formats. Right now it is trying to render AVI HD and it’s taking almost 2 hours??

I tried all the fonts from these locations including the “Authors” “pmwa” and it still gives me the same message about missing fonts?? I created another comment before I realized I could search for it…
I cannot get it to stop asking for the Font Family: ‘Trajan’, Font style: ‘Bold’. I tried the one in your link which is regular and all the ones from:

Maybe I can just reapply the Trajan Bold font where it is needed? So where is its used??
