Hi! Create an empty txt file with the name ae_force_english.txt and copy in your User’s Documents directory. If you remove this file you ll have the after effects version in your language again.

why does the text marker have to be moved a few frames after the spot where the text appears? Is that for changing the length of time the text stays on and or if not, how can that be controlled?
The idea is that you want to read the text when you hear the lyrics. So you have to put the marker some frames before that spot, because it takes some time until you can read it.

Normally I have no problems with Ae, so what can I do too fast it up, to work with your template as you show in the tutorial? Hi! A video tutorial is included in the zip file that you downloaded. It is named “tut lyrics typo”.
Just a question, how long does it take to do a avarage song?
It depends on your texts and the rythm of the song. If it is fast with many lyrics it ll need more time. Animating is automatic but you ll have to edit your texts and put them on a line. So I cant give a real answer about it.
What about the song in the demo? Just need a rough estimate
I think that it needs about 2-3 hours for 1 minute, if you have some basic skills.

Hi! Probably you dont use an english version of After Effects. Create a file called “ae_force_english.txt” in your documents folder and then open your After Effects. It will open as an english version. When you ll finish working with this template just delete this file.

That s the original file. Create the text file, close your After Effects and open it again.
