It’s not about files. This error with mov files usually occurs because quicktime isn’t installed or you have older version. For resolve problem install newest Quicktime and refresh you computer (here is the link http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ ). This should work

Hi, miyamotointl. You can use this template without trapcode, there is also a version inside with prerendered particle background and flashes, you still can change BG Color, text, images, and so on. Only difference is no control on particles

How/Where do I control the blur level of the images? As I move them around they seem to get blurry. How can I disable this?

I suppose if you move photos in the space it’s change position relatively to camera focus distance, so you can adjust Blur level in Camera Options.
