I had the same issue but I redownloaded your current version and replaced the (Footage) files form your current download to my old project and it worked your current program and reloaded the files in the Afterfects project it all worked you can download world just fine thank you

I just purchased your poster template and got 12 missing files… I’m using AE CC2019… The Error says “The source compression type is not supported” Secondly, I get “MooV” files are damages or unsupported. Please help.

I have spent the past 4 days trying to get this app to work. AE keeps telling me I have 12 damaged files … yes, I have downloaded the most recent Quicktime Codec. Nothing works. I would like (a) a very quick solution to this problem or (b) by purchase price refunded.
