Thanks for your purchase! I’m sorry you’re having trouble. It seems there is an issue with the JPEG2000 codec. Please contact me via support@motiontoolz.com and I will gladly send you a replacement file.
glint_1.mov appears to be corrupted with no internal streams. Is it possible to resupply?
Some QuickTime legacy codecs may be missing in your version of After Effects. To enable the codecs, follow these steps based on your computer platform (PC or Mac):
For Mac OS X: Exit After Effects > Click the Apple Menu > Select System Preferences > Select QuickTime > Click the Advanced tab > Select Show legacy encoders > Close System Preferences
For Windows XP: Exit After Effect > Click Start > Control Panel > Double-click QuickTime > Click the Advanced tab > Under Media Encoding, check Enable encoding using legacy codecs > Click OK
For Windows Vista: The procedures in this document are based on the default interface of Windows Vista. If the interface is customized, some procedures might vary. For example, a commonly encountered difference is the navigation to Control Panel from the Start menu: You might navigate Start > Settings > Control Panel instead of Start > Control Panel.
Exit After Effects > Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Double-click QuickTime > Click the Advanced tab > Under Media Encoding check Enable encoding using legacy codecs > Click OK
Thank you so much for the quick response. I will look into it.
You’re welcome!
are the sparkles all pre-rendered? Do you include an unrendered Trapcode Particular project? I’m primarily interested in the look and actions of the particles and I need to be able to make some changes to the particles (color, amount, placement, etc)
Thanks for the question. The particles are pre-rendered.
glint_1 me puedes pasar enlace al fichero que esta corrupto, gracias

Thanks so much for your purchase! The length of the video can be changed, however this would require significant editing with intermediate AE skills. I am available for freelance editing. If you’re interested, please contact me via my profile page.
Thanks! Sent you a a message
