Hi, I just purchased this template. It looks great, until I see that a handful of elements have not been supplied with the project file. Some of them are Dynamically linked, which is normally fine, but they link to obscure file names like ‘phone-trans’ with no file extension at the end.
May you please help me out by sending me a re-collected version of your project?

Hi, I would like to purchase this Video. Do I need Adobe CS5.5 product suite for editing? Is there any way that I can edit the text & replace the pictures without using Adobe products? Please advise. Once I hear back, I shall buy immediately.
Also, background pictures, frames, wooden picture will come along with template right? Offcourse screenshots, we will place ours. Between, animations of all screenshots will WORK, and I just need to place flat mobile-shaped screenshots right? Please confirm.

Hi,
You need Adobe After Effects CS5.5 or above version to edit. Other way – you can ask us or another freelancers to customize this template (our cost will be $120 for customization.)
Background pictures, wooden pictures, frames – all of this included, animations also works, you’ll just need to add your app screenshots – it’s easy. Project has Help Video File – that’s why it will be easy to edit template.

Hi, the screenshots used in the trailer, is it possible to edit them? Do you have the photoshop files of them, so i can use it? For example the shop….
