I tried to load the files it says .mov file is corrupt or unsupported. When I go to the assets folder and try to play one of them it says “This item was encoded in a format that’s not supported”.

Any suggestions?

Sorry for delayed response, do you have installed quicktime player? I think there isn’t move codec. that’s why it say the unsupported
