There is a solution: you should place each photo into 5 placeholders, for example:
- photo-01 -> placeholders 1, 11, 21, 31, 41
- photo-02 -> placeholders 2, 12, 22, 32, 42
- etc…

Duration is not editable, I mean that there is no option for that in the project. But it can be slower or faster by changing camera animation and animated photos. Or even faster it can be done if you precompose final composition and speed it up or slow down.
