hey I’m having a problem with the shutter widescreen is just going black and I’m getting this error in after effects. After Effects Error 17::18: zero denominator converting ratio denominators. Please let me know how to fix this and help me thank you .

hello I tried that and it did not help because it does not take the fps from original footage and its already set in 30 fps I need the original shutter widescreen for the project to work because it seems the footage is corrupted
