Hello, adamkibe23, It’s weird you have that problems. I make the template using AE CS5.5 and it works. Videohive reviewers tested it and it works. I ask a friend of mine to test it in AE CC 2015 and it works. Let me list some points you must follow, to try to resolve the issues: - Be sure you unzip all the files of the project. - You must have the projecto file (glassy_v3.aep) and the Assets folder in the same location. - When you open the project, be sure there are no missing files. - If you get any message about missing files, locate them and relink them to the files from the Assets folder. - If you don’t change any composition, the “Animation” composition will show you the same animation yoo see in the preview video, but instead of showing images, it will show placeholders. - The “Animation” composition is the main one. - The animation starts at 1 second approx. - The logo and tagline must be visible from second 9 to second 12 approx.
