Hello, I recently bought your product. I would like to know what is the best way to export this project as a sequence to Premiere pro. Regards
Hi brictonperezbarbsa,
First of all, thanks for purchasing!
I think the best way is by using Media Encoder. To do so, just select the composition you want to export and go to menu “Composition -> Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue”. This will open Media Encoder and will load your composition to render.
In format choose either JPEG or PNG. JPEG has lower quality, but enough to your needs. PNG has better quality but also creates bigger files. Once you choose JPG or PNG format, just use the preset that fits your composition format.
I hope this helps you! Any other thing just let us know!
Hello, I recently bought your product. The background is not showing up I am just getting rainbow colors. The assets folder is not loading properly, but everything else works fine, help.
Solved: I went into the assets folder and replaced the footage with the corresponding file, and it resolved the others. I believe this happened because I did not pull the files out of the zip and into a more easily located place (for others that made this mistake).
Hi Bonzamongu.
That’s the way of solving it.
But if you extract everything from the zip in the folder you want to work, you shouldn’t have to relink them again.
Thanks for your purchase!
Problem with Text Opening and Text End, the photos are dislocated from the ones fixed on the tree and also, a green and a red solid screen frame pop-up during the scene.
Problem when opening the project:
After Effects error: Final_Flare.mov can not be imported this .mov file is damaged or unsupported
Hi Tellasistemas
That’s for sure a codec issue. I might say it’s because you don’t have Quicktime installed.
Do the following and I’m pretty sure it’ll work:
WINDOWS: - Install Quicktime (free) (it depends on wich Windows version you have): https://tommynation.com/install-quicktime-windows-10/
- Install K-Lite Codec Pack (free): https://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm
MAC: - Install Perian (free): https://perian.org/
If after doing this you still have the same problem, contact us via email and send me your computer system and After Effects specifications.
Thanks!
Nice Work!
Glad you like it! Thanks Alex!!
Great job! I liked so much when the picture goes away with the wind, and the song stops..
Congratulations!
Thank you!
We like very much that scene too!
We had some problems with the wind wile recording it, but at the end it was perfect to have it. It fits perfect with the music!

Nice work! Lovely project!
Thank you! I appreciate your words ?
Very nice project, friend!
Hi buddy! Glad you like it ?
Really great! Love the moment at 1:36 where the wind blows the photo. Totally planned event, or happy accident?
Hi Pinkzebra !! We are so glad you love it !!
When I went to this magical place for the shooting I spended more time taking the photos from the ground than filming, because of the wind

This part was accidental but I used this special moment to make a turning point (I see the video like a small movie) and was perfect, with your music, to keep the tension up right until this moment, the climax.
Thanks again for your magical music
That’s great! I hope this one sells really well for you
wonderful work my friend
wish you happy sales
