I have emailed you, so I’m trying to leave a comment. I purchased this product and I have AE 2020. What is Element 3D and is that a part of AE? I can’t seem to find the option to use scene set up. Can you please advise as this is getting very upsetting.

This thing is whooping my butt. I have an .ai file im trying to use the logo from, and cant seem to replace the envato stuff. I have followed the PDF (or so i think), and am having a hard time.
Good Afternoon, I just purchased the charcoal intro so that I can improve my YouTube intro… I only have imovie, how do I import it into my imovie? Thank you!
Thanks for buying my template, but it’s only compatible with Adobe After Effects. You’ll need to edit it with After Effects, export a movie and then import that into your iMovie project.
Question. Everything is showing except the coals. Never got a pop-up asking to re-link the objects. I have Element 3D v2.2 straight from video co-pilot installed and it works in other projects. How do I manually re-link the objects into this project?
Never mind. Figured it out. Had to re-link inside of E3D, not the project itself.

IT SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT (THIS PROJECT CONTAINS 13 REFERENCES TO MISSING EFFECT. PLEASE INSTALL THE FOLLOWING EFFECTS TO RESTORE THESE REFERENCES (“ELEMENTS”)

It says “Element 3D is required” in 3 places: 1) the item description, 2) the item sidebar, which lists release date, version # etc., and 3) the demo video itself, scene 2 at about 0:06 mark, which says in huge letters “AN ELEMENT 3D TEMPLATE”.
If you have Element 3D, I recommend upgrading it to the latest version 2.2.2 available on VideoCopilot.net.Thanks again
it is saying some elements are missing….. need help i paid for this.
You’re gonna have to show me screenshot. I’ve never had this problem with any of my other customers. I think your computer doesn’t have Element 3D installed.
In Scene Close-Up 2 you have 2 cameras… 1 is called “Camera 1” and the other is “Text Cam.” When Cam 1 is on the scene looks normal, but the text is not facing the camera. When Text Cam is on the text looks great and faces the camera, but the background changes to an odd view. Am I missing something here? Can you somehow assign a camera to a specific E3D layer?
Hi. Thanks for buying my template. That does sound like an odd problem. I think it’s like that because the charcoal cam moves, while the text cam doesn’t. It would be best to first render the scene through Cam 1, then import the video, lay it underneath the text, and render again using the Text cam.

hi – i fixen all the “broken links” but one – it keeps looking for a file called “basic_2k_03.jpg”......can’t find it anywhere….in addition to that – although i relinked the Textures AND the missing links in Element 3D (v.2.2) the cole in scene 3 does not show up – AND the text in all the closeup scenes is unreadably dark….there seems to be some issue with the lighting ? or is the missing JPG a Texture for the front of the text?

AH – found the solution – the file is still missing but there seems to be a glitch in either my AE or the Session File. Anyway – i had to relink EACH E3D Layer and then move the mouse over the place where the coal was supposed to be. Then it mystically appears…...never mind – it works now! thx
Also having problems with the 6 missing files. The files are in the folders, but after I reload them the only thing that happens is I get a pink screen with particles. Nothing else is showing up.
Hi, and thanks for buying my template. You’re not the first person with this problem. Make sure you are using Element 3D v 2.2, otherwise the effect may not work. Please let me know if this helps!
And of course, remember to open the Element scene interface and replace any “missing” charcoal briquettes with the 3D models provided

Hi Matt. Thank you for buying my template. I’m sorry about the missing files. Have you tried searching the Project panel for “missing”? If you can send me screenshots, that would help.
Also, some users report that the charcoal briquettes themselves don't show up at first. This is normal. You need to go into the Element 3D scene interface and relink them to the 3D models folder, located in the Assets folder.If you need more help, please email me at nmccreative@yahoo.comThanks again!-Nick

Updated it… the only thing missing now is the Grill Profile… Where do i get that?
The grill profile is a custom layer inside each scene, with a series of circular masks
