Codecs used are too old so the clips are not usable in After Effects, don’t buy until there’s an update

I cannot open ANY of the elements in After Effects or Premiere CC 2020. Can you kindly help me determine why?

Dude I Paid for your pack right i have all the paypal and videohive receipts to prove it… It will not let me download it… It brings me to a page where it says envato is going through changes and will be back up shortly its been a week man my paypal account got hit for the money I was wondering if you could contact me email im sure you got the receipt on your end… If not Ill be glad to post another email on here i don’t like posting my business email due to ad purposes… Please contact me pm me or whatever please i want these info-gfx for a project im working on… Oh btw I was planning on buying both packs till this catastrophe happened. Hopefully you can straighten everything out for me thanks again…
@arlesksey: So who cares if they are video files use keycolor and unmult that works for me most of the time otherwise i make masks and roto them out…
try to contact envato support, authors doesnt have opportunity to solve problems with payment
elements contain alpha, or you can use them in ADD mode, so all black will disappear
This is a nice package, and I’m sure you put a lot of great work into them – AND I ’m sure I will get good use from these, but you should make it more clear that this is only a collection of QuickTime pre-rendered movie clips, with NO After Effects Project File – you are listing this as an After Effects Project file and stating that there are “35 elements….” but these elements are only rendered video clips, not editable shapes.
I understand that I can layer these, and this will be useful to me, but it is not what I paid for.
Anyone can edit video clips – this is not the same thing as working with After Effects layered elements with keyframes, etc….
Please update your descriptions so people (like me) don’t think they are paying for editable After Effects elements rather than non-editable video clips. Thanks.
Sorry, but you was not very attentive before purchase:
1) >Elements are with alpha so you can use it in any editing program without additional settings.<
2) >Video Encoding: Quicktime Tiff< it means that this is video files!
3) And these files are in Motion Graphics category.
