Hi, sorry for late response.. are you already link it corecctly ? the project are originaly in ae cs 5, and the Element 3d v2.2 , have you try it in another ae version ? I dont have ae 2022 so i havent try on that version… if you stiil have trouble just send me your logo and text and i will render it for you..

Hi, your comp is very tricky…I am now working with Ae 2021 and Element 3D v.2.2.2. and it works….But unfortunately the comp is not fully rendered – I get the error code: image buffers of size 20080×20080 @ 16 bps excess internal limits . I have a MacStudio M2 Ultra – so the hardware should work…

Hi, sorry for your trouble.. my rig is much lower and older than that im only using ryzen 5 1600, vga 4g, 16 gb ram.. i think the difference maybe because i’m using windows and your mac.. and the and i dont have mac… the only solution i can think is i can try to render it for you..

It is not prerender project, the human model obj is already included on the project, so if you had element 3d v2. Plugins on your after effects you only need to relink the 3d model via scene setup

the version you are saying can only work on windows 10 which we I dont have …..any alternative?
