Umm, this is the best asset I’ve ever downloaded from VideoHive. It’s very well timed, has engaging effects and the way it’s built is just so smooth and solid. You can literally customize everything, and do it all in 4K. FREAKING 4K 
(seriously, it’s 2018… why are so few of these other logo intros only in standard 1080p? If I’m delivering in 4K, then 1080p graphics look four times more blurry and that’s just unacceptable.)
The instructional video is extremely clear and concise, leaving no questions unanswered. Dear Author, please teach courses on how to create such brilliant assets. I’m a fan for life.

Why would you make a Help Video that has (((no video))). Only sound. I want a refund. It doesn’t work and there is NO help.

Hi, have you tried seeing it through an other media player; such as Vlc. We use vlc and it works with most video formats. If that doesn’t work, you can get back to me so we will find an other solution.
The description for your product did not require an alternative media player such as VlC. If I knew that was needed I wouldn’t have purchased your product. Every product on this site notifies us of specialty needed software. You did not. Why didn’t you load an actual help video as described? I’m certain you are aware video VS. audio. I’m also certain you are aware when a plug-in is needed or other software.
My request for a refund is submitted. You may return my money. Or make the item I wanted for me.
Hi, the product does not require any other software apart from the ones mentioned. It has both video and audio and in most cases it works on the default windows player, but since you are having a problem seeing the video, I recommended VLC which is a free media player and should fix your problem. You can download this for free from the following link: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

It works in VLC, I was using quicktime and there was just a black screen. Thank you for the quick reply.

is there a way to export this animation with a transparent background? if so, please tell me how, its urgent and i really would love to use your animation in my project!
Hi, thank you for your purchase. Due to how the template works, it cannot be rendered with a transparent background. This being said, you can put your background directly in the composition named “Place your Background here”.
An other solution would be to set a black background then render it normally. Then when you import it over your footage all you need to do is to set the blending mode to Add. Here is a video explaining blending modes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAKbAbrDt8A
