Are you open Element 3D V 1.6 version of project?

Are element 3d ask you about missing textures when you open project? if not – try to move progect to simple location like a C:\

I think you are clearly missing the point.

1. Yes I can clearly see that it states required (which I have said is not a problem. The problem is that it took me forever to figure out that what that meant was “You need to have Video Copilot” Which by my previous comment I asked why you are linking all the other items but fail to do so with that one? I just think you should respect your customers more or at least be more courteous to them.

2. Envato MAY test all the projects before you sell them and they worked fine THEN. But it is clear from my problem as well as the countless others that you have in the comments that there has since been a change which is causing them to stop working. I Personally if I was the seller would stop making the excuse that Envato test it so it must work.. Because that is clearly not the case here. It is great that some customers can just deactivate something and it works or just hit re-link and it works but if you even remotely read my comment I stated that I have searched for hours on end just for a tutorial on How to MANUALLY Re-link the textures or whatever is the problem that causes the font to be black. Which is why I suggest you make a tutorial or a video for ALL your buyers. Maybe stop defending your products for five seconds and HEAR the complaints that everyone is having. I DON’T want a refund. If I did I would have already submitted it. I JUST want YOU to be courtesy and respectful enough to provide me what the details or tutorial that I need to use YOUR PRODUCT.

3. As for number 3 YES it is clear it is no secret but you literally just said it yourself.. So lets see if we can comprehend this one last time. .. Just stating 3d is a requirement is not really enough. IS IT REALLY that difficult to comprehend that it would be NICE, Courteous, Respectful, to your buyers if you wrote. 3d VIDEO COPILOT. Do you know WHY I knew that Video Copilot was needed ….. because I read through 91 COMMENTS. That is how I figured that out. Not from you. Not from any description you provided. It is just disrespectful to treat your customers this way.

4. The sad part is, is that you could have had a customer for life. I really loved your video. I wanted to use it but now I have no interested in it what so ever. I would rather throw the entire file in the garbage. Because that is what YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE is. GARBAGE you would rather make excuses and just point people to your vague product listing instead of either a) Update the product b)add a video or tutorial to help people (because there are clearly so many of them) with these issues and c) stop blame shifting Your product clearly needs improvement. But you fail to see that because you just keep wanting to pass the blame off on your customers. Its pathetic really!

I provede update for this project first for element 3d v2 and now for 2.2 BECOSE Element 3D v2.2 opens Element 3d v2.0 Projects with black TEXT!!! WHY ??? Thank you for including that. It really is a decent thing to do and your work is truly stunning. Don’t burn your customers to the point that they don’t want to continue to shop with you. I am upfront with anyone I work with. This is not an industry to be vague at all.

I did watch your video tutorials, before and after. (probably close to 10 times)..... The issue is… that it does not pop up and tell me to re-link. I cannot find WHERE to activate or deactivate anything OR re-link anything.

I don’t want to do any deep customize work with it… at all. I have no interest in it, I think it is beautiful just the way it is, Just want to change the words. I just wanted a nice holiday greeting for the page lol

I am using the newest version as of course I had to go and get it (https://www.videocopilot.net/products/element2/) (*I do understand the backwards compatibility that would be frustrating. I will email them and complain…. you should as well =) as it is clearly a major issue.

I promise you I have watched the relink video. I have no clue where you are clicking or re-linking. I don’t get a warning or a notice. IT just opens and its black. I have gone through multiple windows and dropdowns to see if there is anywhere that says apply texture. Re-link. Deactivate/Reactivate as one of your other buyers has suggested…...

It is either right in front of my face and I am missing it…. or it is not clearly visible.

its easy to fix. You have to open the elemend 3d effect area (scene setup) from the texts and deactivate and activate a scene material and it will go gold

Hi! If you use element 3d v2.2 you need to open element 3d v2 project file! And a little tip – try to deactivate element 3d effect on element 3d title layer and sctivate it again! It can help! If not – ask videcopilot team to add element 3d v1.6 to yout account for free and use it!

Solution: Seems to be a conflict with the newer Particular and the Forced Motion Blur effect. Had to turn on ‘Native Motion Blur’ in the effect, and just use AE motion blurring.
