I would like a refund. The first 2 transitions don’t match up with what I purchased. Then the rest of them just don’t work. I get an error every time I try to open them.

This project is missing the Particular effect so some of the transitions don’t work. Can you help?

Also did you include the composition you used to make the sample video? In this sample video I see snow the whole time which I assume is the particles for the generator I downloaded. I do not see this in the project file. Am I dumb or is it not included?

Hi, and thanks for such a kind words. There are precomped.transitions in project (that mean you can use them with out AE) but also 30% of transitions are maded in After Effects..
The transitions do not match. I wanted the #6 in the preview video, it does not look like that.
Hello, you mean blizzard or snowflake?
Maybe your 2 videos is to contrasted between each other, i mean if you put black video and trying to put transition , for instance, on very intensive red footage it will be look a little bit different than at the preview video, because blizzard transition have some transparences…

Hello, yes in the preview video are transitions that include in project (there is also tutorial file that describe how to use it properly)
