1: Copy the folder and go to Movies>Motion templates>Titles>

2: Copy the folder and go to the Applications and right click on Final CutPro>ShowPackageContents>Contents>Plugins>MediaProviders>MotionEffect.fxp>Contents>Resources>Templates>Titles

now open fcpx you can find them in Titles or in Custom>Titles and follow the Fcpx video tutorial with is included in the project.

Option 1 just worked. I take everything I said back, thank you so much! You have to go to Macintosh HD, then Users, then your user name, then go to movies, motion templates, and drag the download into file.
