When trying to replace the missing 51 footage elements After Effects (CC 2017.2) crashes… please help!
...it only crashes in the long version that I have to use…
Hi TorstenM, thank you for your purchase, please contact me via my profile, the new version CC2017 still have some bugs.
You can try to import the AE project instead of open it, and then re-link the files by choosing one of the missing graphics in the project and reconnect it with one with the same name in the assets location, that worked for me. If that does not works contact me via my profile.
I’m having a problem with the long version. 3 Fonts are missing, it says “51 files are missing since you last saved this project”. I would appreciate getting a working version with all fonts and files please. Regards Richard

Thanks!!!I am now able to link most of the files, but whenever i try to link the flash.mov, there is a pop up message saying “After Effects error: file ‘flash.mov’ cannot be imported -this ’.mov’ file is damaged or unsupported’. And it will ask me to close the program as it will crush after showing that message. Please instruct.
Hi Kksit do you have the quicktime codecs installed, if not try to download from here, it can solve the problem https://support.apple.com/kb/DL837?locale=en_US , if that don’t solve it try to extract the flash.mov file from the winrar file that you got.
Its possibly an issue with my settings but I can’t drag images in over image holder layers, they’re creating their own layers instead of replacing. Also is there a way to have the background and holder images/assets import when i open the ae file. as it stands when I open it they are absent.

What you can do is add some of the same pictures at the end or fade the ending part with the rest of the 96 picture project

Hi lbdl just import the project file instead of open, and then if ask you for missing files re-link them from the assets folder, and the expression problem could be that you don’t have your AE in English, just change it and it should be ok thanks for purchase my template.
