Thank you for your response. I have opened on the hard drive but do not have QuickTime player installed. I will install Quick Time and see if that helps
Installing Quick time seemed to work. Thank you. Now I am having another issues I do not know how to resolve. While rendering I keep getting the following error about half way ..it shows: After Effect error:Image buffer of size 26437×26436 @ 8bpc (2.6GB) exceed internal memory limits. Decrease the memory requirement for the rendering of this frame. (12804). For more information , see www.adobe.com/go/learn/_ae_mem (7::66). I went to the adobe site as directed and it basically said the same thing to decrease the memory requirement for rendering of this frame. It did not give any instruction as how to do this can you help? I am new to AE and trying to complete a project. Any help you can provide will be appreciated,

Hello there . I apologize for the late response. I lost my father. Firstly, the size of the images you added is too big. Minimize the pictures. you can use adobe photoshop. I would like to help you. I will discuss your problem again
