I am using the latest version of the plugin. The version does not match and the flame does not occur normally. Help me. We will send you an email.

I use the plugin as the latest version. The fireworks image does not come out cleanly because the version of the plug-in is different. Can you render the countdown from 9 to 1 in the fireworks1 to 3 part and send it to me?

X red lines mean that you using trial version of particular plugin.

hi. I purchased this template, but it freezes while rendering. Tried everything. Not sure what else to do. It freezes at countdown 8

no..it just freezes…and doesn’t render anymore. I have changed the fonts to what i have and changed the Happy New year to what i want. Also tried deleting the two options which i didn’t pick. Also tried each option and freezes in the same spot for each option. Are you able to pre render the numbers and send these to me?
