My thought was that i create the video and use it as introduction on the web-page. Like the header over the entire screen. I think it can work.

Can the video be paused once the title is complete and just remain like paused?

You can host the video file (mp4, mov …) on youtube, or any hosting, and then put on your website through links inside HTML code, example:
