Hey becky0717 and thanks for purchasing this template. I’m very sorry to see that you are having a technical problem. I’m not exactly sure what this error means at the moment, but it looks hardware related so bear with me as we try to find a solution together. From what I know about this type of error, it looks like your computer might not be powerful enough to render the project in full quality, at least under default settings. Can you try changing some settings in the secret preferences menu (try purging every 1 frame), and try the other suggested methods that are suggested here: http://provideocoalition.com/index.php/mchristiansen/story/tip_force_an_after_effects_render_not_to_fail/

If these tips don’t work and you still get the error, then you will have to lower the resolution for exporting. In your output module in your Render Queue, set the setting “Resolution” to “Half” and then render out your video. It will still be very high quality at around 960×540 resolution.

Yes. The “Scene 2 minutes” composition is timed for 30 seconds of video playing on each of the screens when the characters stop in front of them. This may be the best one for you to use.

You can put your video on top of all the layers in the appropriate “Placeholder” compositions and disable the logo layer if you’d like. Use the “visible” and “invisible” timeline markers, and the “focus” and “focus end” timeline markers to help you time your video. If you get lost, there are “Help” layers in the compositions that will give you some tips.
