I’ve purchased this product, but I’m unable to use it. I am receiving an error that reads as follows: After Effects error: file ‘Light Leaks 1_2_1`.mov cannot be imported – this ’.mov’ file id damaged or unsupported.
I have tried everything to use this file any suggestions ?

I wish i bought a demo that came with a video tutorial….I am so in over my head i don’t know how to do a thing….how do i add my own images and duplicate these transitions and effects. I have 46 slides that I need to add to create a slideshow and I cant even figure out how to add my images properly to the template. Any help!!?
