can you send me a url to the tutorial on how i can remove the background?
thanks i have another questions… i am using the video as a HTML5 background. having issues getting the video to work… i had to convert your .mov to a .mp4 but my .mp4 doesnt work
The .mp4 sample that you put on themeforest does work… if you cannot answer the question who why i would understand….
so you know, i am using an online service https://www.onlinevideoconverter.com to convert the video to mp4
Yes, I see. Probably you set wrong settings for mp4. My advice – render video as simple MOV file with Photo/JPG or H.264 compression or even without compression. Then convert it with handbrake converter – most powerfull converter ever (free and open source). Take from here https://handbrake.fr/
thanks i will delete me previous URL to protect your product!
can you elaborate on the “render as simple MOV file”
I use adobe master suite, i was unable to even open the MOV file in after effects because i dont have quicktime installed on my computer. quicktime has also been discontinued for windows, and shouldnt be installed due to a serious security vulnerability.
Whenever i try to import the .mov in your package with either adobe preimer or master suite i get an error hat says “no audio or video streams can be found.”
because of this i have been having to use a conver BEFORE i even open the file in aftereffects or premier. otherwise i would use premier or after effects to “render as a simple MOV file”
First – You should instal Quick time to use mov files. If you have problem with Quick Time – okay, drop Themis mov files to handbrake converter and convert to ( for example ) AVI files… then drop AVIs to Premiere or AfterFX – separate there from background.
