I just bought this and the video files for the background dancers seem to be corrupted or something like that as they are just blank files and I get an error when trying to play or upload them. Any suggestions on why these files don’t work? I’ve already downloaded it again just to make sure it wasn’t a glitch in my downloading.. thanks for your help.
I dunno, maybe some codecs are missing. It’s my old project, therefore I don’t really remember. I’ll check it tomorrow
How do I go about a refund for this project as it’s been 4 days and the item does not work correctly and you said you would look into 3 days ago.
install quicktime and everything will be working fine sorry for delay, I became a father couple of days ago therefore I forgot about this issue)
When I open it in AF to customize it, it shows 17 corrupted / broken files. I have Quiktime on my pc and that hasn’t made a difference.
