Hi just purchased, seems the Smoke.mov AE doesnt like the compression of it, says its unusable, so it blanks it out. Seeing how this is an alpha channel asset, cant just import to fix, i can try a webm but not sure it would be as pretty as a .mov
Hey there, thanks for contacting us. Yes, you are right, only the smoke.mov isn´t working under the newest AE version. We will make an update soon. Please send us an email to support@snowcakestudios.com and we will send you the smoke animation as a PNG sequence.

I am very disappointed in this project. I opened it and found that it had MANY errors and is missing files. Please let me know how I can get a refund because this project does not work correctly.
