Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to use this material in transparent format? since I want to make a subscription alerts, followers, donate and much more on my Twitch channel that I am creating the image. Is this possible?

I just bought this and on opening the file I get the following warning:
“The project contains a reference to a missing effect – 3D Stroke”
I’m assuming that this is because the project requires a third party plugin (Red Giant 3D Stroke)?
Sadly, if that is the case then this is useless to me and this info really should be in the description to stop people buying it without knowing this is a required piece of the project.
Oh my. I DIDN’T realize that untill now. Big apologies. I am confused with stroke effects and 3d stroke. I can make a pre-rendered stroke for you. Just give me your email address. I will send it to you. I will also update this file. Thanks for the heads up. But if you want a refund, please contact the envato support.

Would the pre-rendered version be limited in comparison to the version with the 3D Stroke plugin installed?
The limitation is you can’t change the way the stroke path looks like.. at the beginning. It will look exactly the same as in the preview video.
But you can still change the colours and direction?
If you could let me have a pre-rendered version so I can see if it still fits my needs and if not then I’ll look at requesting a refund.
