2+ hours and “easy customization” is definitely not easy. I want my money back.

1. What kind of corrupted files in question? The project would not be put up for sale with damaged files. 2. I’m sorry what you find it difficult. The project has a composition which is replaced text on the pages of the newspaper, it does require some time. But otherwise??? Replacing text and images? In the video tutorial demonstrates how to do it. 3. About a refund, you can contact support Envato.

Ok, I’m sorry, I may have jumped the gun a bit. I was able to get it customized enough to use it, sorry about being a little edgy before. Honestly, it took about 15 hours though. It probably would have been smoother with instructions.

The help video (which is an FLV file) cuts off about half way and is pretty difficult to see regardless (and lacks audio, which would have been helpful). I imported it into Premiere so I enlarge it to see what you were doing. I had to go frame by frame, too, to make it out. The help video could be much, much more helpful (and therefore much less stressful).

The two included video files (keyboard and the static) were both incomplete and unable to open in AE or PR. In order to get my project done, I had to to cut those two portions out of the final intro.

TBH, this was a great package for my needs and proficiency, but it would be completely useless for anyone who wasn’t extremely proficient in AE. Anyone who has the know-how to use this package can create the same thing on their own. I’m pretty decent with AE, and I had a very hard time customizing it without step by step instructions.

With better instructions, this would be a pretty awesome package, and could potentially be a time saver. But the time I saved by purchasing (instead of creating something on my own), I spent configuring it (and then some) because I had to figure out each element by trial and error.
