I am having trouble with acquiring the font used in this project. I found the link but it downloads as a .7z file and my computer can’t open that kind of file

hi i bought this item and having a weird problem this is like a missing layer on top of the video that i cannot find or edit- isn’t the file sapota come with all that the video need to work (aside from audio of course)???

Is there a way I can adjust the timing of the transitions that happen? No matter if I slow down the compositions you can’t change when the transition occurs between each part. It happens less than 4 seconds in and not having the ability to adjust the timing makes this template not very user custom friendly.
