yes you need After Effects CS6 at least to open and edit project. If you are not familiar with it please contact me from my profil page and i can customize it for you with some charge

Hi I sent you a message but not sure if you received it? In what way can you customize it for me? I thought I just needed to drag and drop my pictures into the frames. I have also downloaded After Effects CS6. I will be grateful for any help you can provide.

if you installed CS6 you can easily edit by following instructions included.
