sorry i don’t have shorten version but anyway if you have enough experience with AE you can customise the template to fit your needs since this templates based on scenes so you can remove the unused scenes and keep the rest, also if you like i can customise the template for you just send me a PM with the modification you need than in can give you the cost and time

the problem in arabic is how to write the arabic text inside after effects, so one of the best solution is to use this website (write your text than convert to be friendly with after effects) http://convert.wajihah.com/convert.html
so if you use this website to write your text you will not face any problem with this template
just keep in your mind that in some part of template the text are based on some kinetic typography with latin letter so if you want to type in arabic i don’t know how your font will fit on screen

regarding logo, YES you can do that by duplicating the logo placeholder and replaced in the final scene (don’t worry after your purchase i can make a small tutorial explain how to do that)
regarding the properties the easy way is to duplicate the hole scene so you will have 8 properties also i can explain this for you after your purchase
