Dear Sir, I just purchased this Logo and am trying to customize it in Adobe Effects 2020. I can’t seem to play a preview, it gives me an error “After Effects error: Cached Preview needs 2 or more frames to playback”. When I render it from the render queue, either final v1 or final v2, I just see a black screen, nothing is on it. Am I doing something wrong? Do you have a tutorial on how to use this file? Thank you!

Hi. Great logo opener. However, my logo gets quite pixly and the lines around the letters are quite thick. I am using a png file. Is my choice of file format for my logo the reason for this? If so, is ai or other file formats better? Tnx/

hey , this product is amazing ! im not from my account where i purchased this because i forgot my password . i just have to ask because i can’t figure it out .. in the video example of this product in the background there is lines under the logo and then they disappear but in my project there is not even one line … the bg is only white please help me … it adds more details and it just looks cooler with that

This set up is amazing, thank you! How do I make the final logo larger? Everything works great, but when the animation finishes, the logo itself is very small and after a little bit of digging I have not figured out how to change the size. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
